Super adorable 1990’s mini suspender dress by Byer California. Made from a deep green printed rayon fabric. Closes down the front with iridescent buttons, and has removable, adjustable suspenders. Perfect mini length, would look killer with a pair of thigh high socks. Excellent condition. Marked a size 7. Top for styling purposes, and not included.
