90’s/Y2K dark floral mesh dress by B. Smart. Made from a black mesh polyester fabric with a gorgeous floral print in deep shades of purple, pink and ochre. V-neck crossover bodice, empire waist, ties in back. Dress is fully lined in a solid black soft polyester, the adorable little 3/4 length bell sleeves are mesh with a scalloped edge. Excellent condition. Size 9/10
