Both pieces vintage 90s. Not sold together util right now. Nice comfy cool conservative capri outfit in a larger size is modest and breezy.
Loose top is a 3/4 sleeve lightweight polyester-imitating-Rayon pullover partial button down shirt with neutral but bold paisley. It works well with the sage green pull-on capris (65/35 poly/cotton)with elastic waist, tapered legs and pockets. Pants MAY be slightly older than 90s. Both pieces flawless.
