Fun 90s graphic tee with a great message! 12 unique and colorful turtles with the message "uniformity is boring" below. The back has a question mark logo with "DfE" which I think is referring to an environmental/design program of the EPA from the 1990s, although I'm not totally sure! Very fun and cute, regardless.

Good vintage condition, still has original tag.
