Flaunt your love for the unique with this one of a kind handmade collar pin / blazer brooch or beret decoration (it's all that!), unused stock from the 90s. It's not a design you see everyday. Unused, made in 1993 and records show that I made and sold a LOT of these and this is one of 2 I have left. Not really a sweater guard, but you may be able to wear it as one, if you don't pull on it. Made to be versatile, shown in different ways in photos (one lady said she would wear hers on a boot). It attaches with tie tack type pins with clutches. Vintage pieces at the ends were once clip on earrings. Three are three rows of misc vintage glass beads. Burgundy, white green. Where would YOU put it?
