Coca-Cola Polar Bear Winter Wonderland Ferris Wheel RARE

The candy cane "fence" posts are half broken off or unglued.  It might be that the glue dried out in storage, but they are tiny and light weight- it seems like an easy fix with some rubber cement. One just needs a steady hand, these are not much thicker than toothpicks.
This unique Ferris wheel is numbered 0205A It has NEVER been out of the original box. It has not been fully unwrapped. 
It is distributed by The Hamilton Collection (Bradford Exchange). It was limited to 95 casting days. 
It plays "I Wish You A Merry Christmas" while the wheel slowly turns. It displays stairs leading to Ferris wheel with candy cane fences on each side. The 2 snow Cokes topped with green sparkly wreaths hold the Ferris wheel. The wheel has 6 baskets with 2 polar bears in each.
The Ferris wheel is 4 1/2 inches. The item is 9 inches tall. The base is 20 1/2 inches round.
Weight is 2 3/4 lbs. The bottom of the base has the wind-up key, the decoration name, the item number and distributor.
