Bright green and black polyproplyene (faux straw) wide brim hat. Low crown is in the green with a huge back net bow. Circle brim is black with green trim. Underneath is a placement cap, slightly asymmetrical so it can be worn as a tilt.

Interior is finished with a green grosgrain ribbon.

The only label is Made in Taiwan.

As for the condition the only issue is some staining on the interior ribbon. Otherwise it is a beauty.

Inner circumference is 22 inches. Brim extends 4 inches on the front and sides, 3 inches in the back.
