This Norton & Company piece is total layering goals. It's a hybrid design that mixes the best aspects of a blazer, blouse, and shirt dress into one easy-to-layer piece. The fabrication is a lightweight slinky bold green. The silhouette is oversized, longline, with slits at the side seam, a collar and lapel, and a single button. It looks great dressed up or dressed down. And it's lightweight flowy (but structured) design makes it easy to throw on during any season. It has it's original "Norton & Company" label in the neckline but no sizing label is present. It fits oversized on a small, relaxed on a medium, slightly fitted on a large.
