This blue floral dress is from the 1990s. Made by Liz Claiborne in Indonesia, this dress is made of rayon, and lined with acetate. With an empire waist, and a scooped neck, and decorated with large blue flowers, this dress is perfectly 1990s. Dress comes with built in shoulder pads as well.
