1990's bubble print beaded rayon maxi dress. This dress has an "under the sea" vibe with its gradient blue circular pattern. Shades of turquoise, cerulean and pale blue. Embroidered with beads and sequins across the front. Scoop neck bodice with a ruffled flounce at the neckline. Wide straps. Empire waist with long ties to cinch at the back as preferred. A-line skirt with a flounced hem. Lined in silky rayon. Pulls over the head, no closures.
