Its rare to get an exact date on a piece- but this one is from 1994 as stated by the tags The lovely floral pattern in blues and purples are perfect for spring. The silk is soft and breathable. The gathering on the bodice and the really small shoulder pads in the cap sleeves create a gorgeous silhouette. Zips up the back.
