1990’s midi length dress by Ultimate! Blues. Made from a deep black acetate fabric, with a great block print and red and yellow daisies. Baby doll style bodice, empire waist with adjustable tie back belt. Scoop neckline with short almost capped sleeves. Excellent vintage condition. Size tag is worn and unreadable.
