Polyester challis, Alencon lace, black beads & sequins. Early 90s. Fully Lined. Taffeta in back with belt (sewn in place but snip & adjust to nip the waist). Self fabric buttons. Not too flashy. I love the idea of a vest as summer top. With shirt in the other seasons? Why not wear it with shorts? With or without a top underneath? Bring some understated flash to a preppy look? Edgy dressers will know how to wear it! 1 flaw: bottom button frayed (shown).
