Prettiest black and white party dress! The top has iridescent sequins and the bottom is velvet. Such a pretty dress for a cocktail party or the holidays. Dress is in excellent shape with no significant flaws - a few of the sequins are missing. Pull over style with a zipper in the back. There is a vent in the back bottom seam for movement. Fabric has NO stretch.
