Cute contemporary waist length black velvet jacket. Black is hard for me to shoot and show details but this is really cute. Its got a wide ruffle like hem and seams in the semi boxy bodice. The velvet is really soft and probably a poly not a silk but has the feel and weight of silk. Bracelet sleeves are a bit full with light ruffle hem also.

Its just a cute addition to your wardrobe.
