Early 90s Vintage Black Strapless Velvet Midi Dress with Crystals by Positively Ellyn, 39.5" long

Will be midi length on most, maybe knee length if you're very tall. Dates to the early 90s and has a Union tag. Has a seersucker back for extra stretch (There is bodice boning, so the stretch is all in the back.) 39.5" long, tight but doable fit on my 34B, 26 waist mannequin. Looks EUC. I spotted one extra bodice stitch where a crystal may have once been, on the lower right, but you can't tell because the pattern is scattered. 100% rayon velvet.
