Wonderful black taffeta party dress from Oscar de la Renta features numerous couture design elements: puffy, oversized sleeves pintucked in a harlequin pattern, horizontal pleats across the bodice, a dropped waist, and a two-tiered skirt comprising densely gathered pleats. Based on label, we are estimating this to be a 1990s dress; there is also a Neiman Marcus label sewn into the skirt. The fabric is silk taffeta, which give the dress a lot of body. No size label is present, so based on the measurements, we are recommending the dress for US size 6-8. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.

- Hips are 42" measured where dropped waist meets pleated skirt.
- Length is 33" down center back.
