1990's vintage black fit & flare dress by Expo. Soft black rayon blend that looks and feels like linen. Off the shoulder caped neckline with elastic straps at the shoulders. Oversized functional pearly buttons down the front. Fitted bodice with princess seams. Natural waist. Very full midi-length skirt. Unlined but opaque.
