90s Black Mesh Vest Beaded Ties with Tassels Scalloped Edges Vintage.

Likely a polyester or nylon mesh fabric. Solid black. Scalloped design around hem and arm openings. Beads and mini sequins all around the hem, arm openings, and neckline. Cropped length. Long satin ties with bead tassels at the ends. Excellent condition except it is missing beads in some places.

No size tags, likely fits like a S/M but somwhat open due to the open front with tie closure.
