While my current world is pretty immersed in Coach, I truly have Roots to thank for getting me here. I worked for Roots about 25 years ago and took great pride in selling the top 10% of Canadian leathers. I even got to go to the factory in Toronto to see how the purses, jackets, and shoes were made. I had been on the hunt for this particular purse for quite a while when I found this Village Bag in the gorgeous, seasonless Black color! For me, it is the perfect sized purse for travel, festivals, and for a day of hands free activities.. It lays flat on the body, has a highly adjustable strap, and a couple of outside secured pockets for stuff you need to have close at hand, even your iPad. I guess there's a reason that Roots has had it in their assortment for going on 20 years!

~CONDITION:

Excellent vintage condition; Roots really uses the best leathers available. It was pretty beat up when it came to me, so I went ahead and gave the purse a bath, slowly dried it, and conditioned the leather in preparation for its next stop in life.
