For more than thirty years, couturier Juanita Sabbadini has made exclusive designs for her international clientele in her Italian atelier. This listing is for a Juanita Sababdini black and ivory jacket and a Juanita Sabbadini skirt that is not an exact match to the black fabric in the jacket. Therefore, we are including the skirt with the jacket at no additional cost. The two pieces could easily be worn together, but strictly speaking, they do no comprise a "suit."

The boxy jacket has only the designer label (typical of Sabbadini pieces, because they are all custom orders), but the fabrics look and feel like wool, and it's lined in a luscious silk charmeuse. It has three-quarter sleeves, a raised collar that surrounds the neck (always flattering), and four black metal buttons. The complimentary pencil skirt has a cute flounce at the bottom back and a hidden back zipper. It looks and feels like silk tussah (a fabric that Sabbadini uses a lot) and is lined in black silk. According to the sizing charts, the jacket is about a size 8. Please refer to the measurements for the best guidance regarding actual size.

CONDITION
The jacket is in excellent condition with some scratches to the metal buttons. The skirt waist has been professionally let out, and it has been shortened. It also shows minimal stress to the seams on the back of the skirt. (The price is for the jacket only; the skirt is free.)
