This beautiful 1990s sweater is hand knit, but it definitely has signs of wear so is being sold "as is." It has quite a bit of pilling, a lot of which I've cleaned up, but some is still visible, especially on the back near the lower half, probably from sitting. It's listed on the tag as Large and it's definitely oversized. Shoulder seam to shoulder seam measures 21. 5", but it also appears to be a drop shoulder. From shoulder seam to wrist measures 23". The chest is 40" measured underneath the arms. The waist is 44" and the bottom is 46". Some of this increased circumference around the lower half of the sweater may be from stretching through wear. It's a combination of Shetland wool, mohair and nylon, so it is somewhat itchy and you would definitely need to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath. But all in all, still a gorgeous sweater!
