Bust - 38 inches
Waist - 27 inches
Hip - 38 inches

I'd say the waist is about 27" with it tied tight. However, with the tie being an actual built in part of the dress you can adjust it to fit you. This dress could fit up to a 30" waist.

For reference, model has 24" waist so has it tied pretty tight to snatch the waist! not super big on her but definitely not her size! Would best fit a Medium, or possibly large.
