Vintage 1990s black floral romper. Beige, white, and grey rose print. Features a pleated v-neckline, buttoned bodice, short flutter sleeves, dropped crotch, adjustable corset ties on each side and a tie in back. Made from a lightweight flowy rayon material. This romper is extremely adjustable with all the ties and looks like a dress with the super wide legs.
