Bust- 40"/Waist- 32"/Hips 46"/Length- 52". 17" from shoulder to smocking at waist. Dropped shoulder seams. Model is 5'1" XS wearing platforms, mannequin is 5'8" XS - looks fine on smaller sizes.
The material is thin and not stretchy. Possibly rayon? No material content tag. No flaws.
