Vintage 1990’s black fit and flare mini dress with embroidered white roses on bodice. Sleeveless, high waistline dress with scoop neckline. Stunning white rose embroidery! Back zipper closure. In great vintage condition. One very faint spot on front of dress, barely visible, circled in photos.
