Velvet upper with a red and black floral full skirt

There’s a large sash belt which can be tied to have the bow in front (off to the side) or back of the dress. I def prefer it worn in front off to the side but have showed both looks

In excellent condition with no flaws to note

Bust is lined, skirt is unlined

Marked a size 10. Will best fit a M or (small) L.

Bust measures to best fit a 34”-36”, waist measures 30” and the hips are full
