Black and white wool tweed jacket. Shorter style, close to waist length with a single button closing, two outside welt pocket with a single inside pocket. Long sleeves have 2 button embellishments. Completely lined.

Label is Majer which specialized in clothing made in whole or substantially of wool; namely, men's and women's suits, sportscoats and slacks, men's outercoats and women's skirts. First use was in 1942 and label was cancelled in 2016. T.R. Goforth is the store label which was started in 1992 and still operating today.
