Late 90s to early 2000s. Front panel is a silver metal block panel with removable double chains. Black stretch body is 3 inches wide and closes in the back with 2 metal snaps on a black vinyl tab.

Label has been removed.

Adjustable length runs from 28 to 37 inches.
