90s Black And Green Swirl Bias Cut Dress

Incredible 1990’s bias cut dress by Phool. Made from a black rayon fabric with an incredible emerald green swirl pattern. Midi length with a scoop neck line in front and back. Nice wide straps fully lined in green rayon fabric. Great vintage condition. I found one mark on the inside lining that didn’t come out with a soak, but it isn’t seen when worn. Marked a size S
