1990’s rose print dress which gives me major Betsey Johnson vibes. This one is Bichon by Sara Edwards. Made from black acetate fabric, with coral red, purple, and green roses. Buttons up the front with a lovely sweetheart neckline, nipped waist with pleating at each hip. Nice pronounced shoulders, and a square neckline in back. Great condition. Marked a size 4
