Vintage 1990s evening blouse/jacket. Heavily hand beaded and sequined on a black silk ground. These colors are perfection - not too bright or garish. Of course perfect for evening but would also be great with jeans. Band collar and closes in front with sturdy hooks/eyes. Soft shoulder pads. Lined in black poly.
