A Willi Smith Petites ankle length black velvet dress. Willi Smith, at the tine of his death in 1987 at the age of 39, was known as "the most successful black designer in fashion history". The label endured into the 90's. This dress features a scoop neck, drop shoulders, elbow length half sleeves, back slit, and sheath silhouette. There is no closure and the dress is a pull over. It measures 17" across the shoulders, the bust is 36", the hips are 36 and the length is 48". Excellent condition. Dry clean.
