This dress by C.D.C. is SO cute! If it fit me just a smidge better I would definitely be keeping it. It has it's original tags still attached. The bodice is a shiny silky black with a rhinestone trim under bust. The skirt is a chiffon like material that is tiered. Back zipper closure.
