Vintage 1990's long textured blouse with rosettes down the front. The fabric has a bit of a crinkle texture and shine, also added "frankenstein stitches" for detail. Three slits around the skirt. Attached back that ties in the back. Shoulder pads. Back zipper closure. 50% rayon and 50% acetate. Label is JBS. Pair with draping wide leg pants, legging or skinny jeans.
