Absolutely gorgeous, with no design hallmarks visible the feather is done in a silver tone metal and features sparkling clear rhinestones. The design is a whimsical peacock feather with a large rhinestone at the "eye". The brooch has a safety c-clasp pinback brooch that runs vertically along the feather.
