Condition: Excellent. Some subtle minor dirt marks here or there (likely even washable) but no major flaws. Doesn’t appear to have been used very much!

Extra Deets: Ajustable elastic cinch waist band and hem. 2 exterior zip pockets. 2 interior zip pockets. Button snap elastic sleeve cuffs. Front zip closure. Packable / hideable built-in roll hood. Unique quirky spring zipper pulls.

The waist and hem are very adjustable with the cinch, so these are the measurements with those at their biggest / loosest option, completely uncinched…
