This Carmen Marc Valvo dress is perfection. Tags are attached and I just can't imagine why someone never wore this beauty! Retailed for $310 dollars at Neiman Marcus. Fabric is similar to a brocade with charming green birds and flowers all over. Green contrast ribbon trim. Fitted in the bodice and waist and gently fitted in the hips for a form flattering silhouette. Fully lined with back zipper closure.
