This is a fantastic vintage late 1990's - Y2K party dress by "Scarlett". It has an ethereal retro 30s Gatsby style! It is made of black poly crepe with a full black acetate taffeta lining. It features sheer chiffon flutter sleeves and a gored fairy hemline with chiffon inserts.

No labeled size, it has a bias type of fit that allows some give, but there is no stretch- Please use the measurements for an accurate fit.
Measures: 37" - 46" Bust, up to 40" waist, up to 47" hips, 42" long shoulder to hem.
