Awesome 90s USA made top. Super cute and in great condition. A very very small streak of light discoloration on lower back of one letter. Totally not noticeable but thought I would mention it. You probably never will find it I only did when doing measurements by chance and could not find it again. May just wash out.

Other than that its great. I have a great cartoon skirt in stretch fabric that would look totally unique together I will list ASAP.
