Brand new with tags and since it says millennium collection, I am thinking this is from right around Y2K. Gorgeous matte sequins in a swirly pattern over black silk with black seed bead trim. The zipper goes almost all the way down the back. Comes with a bag of extra sequins and beads. Style no. 97202S.
