A glittery 90’s stretchy cardigan blouse. Features stripes of gold glitter, attached cardigan design and a cute gold toned chain at the waist. There are two levels you can attach the chain to, about 1” apart. Material is fairly lightweight and slinky. No known flaws. Steam cleaned.
