Lovely knit skirt suit from St. John comprises a black and white tweed jacket and a matching pencil skirt. The jacket is embellished with a leaf pattern applied with velvet ribbon. It has lightly padded shoulders and a standing collar. The black metal buttons have a tiny St. John logo in the center. The pull-on skirt has an elastic waist. Retail tags that are still attached to the garments indicate an original price of $945 for the jacket and $250 for the skirt, for a total of $1195 in 1990s dollars. Labeled US size 2.
