Vintage 1990s mixed media tie dye printed handkerchief dress. Dark charcoal grey with blue accents embellished with sequins and metallic gold thread. Bodice has a wide adjustable straps, v-neckline, smocked back, and wide empire waist with adjustable tie in the back. Mix of chiffon and embroidery along the flirty hem. Super soft and lightweight mix of cotton and rayon.

Great vintage condition with no flaws but there is a safety pin on the inside of the bodice. Not sure why it's there but leaving it in tact.
