90s/00s Metallic Silk Beaded 00s Dress

This vintage dress is in excellent condition. The sil has a pretty metallic gold threading throughout, which gives it a nice sheen. The tiered silk has an uneven handkerchief hem as well. The straps are beaded, which is a nice element. However, someone did see padding into the chest, which actually, I don’t think was a bad idea, as it give the chest some structure. This dress is definitely Y2K all the way!
