Seems there is some additional room up top because it fits a 36 or 37" bust easily enough

It looks EUC and the only visible flaw is that some of the crystals have come off the strap in the back, but it is the least visible part of the dress when you are on stage. It may also be possible to find some silver prong back AB crystals of the same size if you know some craft suppliers.
No stretch but it is bias-cut and fully lined. Bias-cut does allow for some room but if your hips are bigger than 44 or so, you will lose some length as the dress conforms to you.
