Black crushed velvet dress by London Times. Circa late 90’s to early Y2K. Faux wrap styling. Elastic waist. Cap sleeves. Super stretchy and comfy. I added a hidden snap in the center of bust for modesty but it can be easily removed if you prefer to show a little more cleavage. Excellent condition, the only flag is the content tag was removed as shown in last pic. Size 4P. See photos for exact unstretched measurements.
