BRAND:
Stephen Sprouse came on the scene in the early 80s, creating iconic 60s inspired graffiti-printed looks in day-glo colors. In 1992, Sprouse designed a line for Bergdorf Goodman, where my client (the only previous owner) worked as the VP durIng the 90s and 2000s. His works are described as 'uptown sophistication in clothing with a downtown punk and pop sensibility.' This piece is most likely from his 1998-1999 line, "Stephen Sprouse(tm)."
