Velour and AB glitter are 2 of my favorite artifacts from the late 90s and Y2K era - this gown has both! I actually have a very similar gown that just doesn't have the cross strap detail, but it's the same brand, and I wear it every year for christmas concerts and Christmas Eve church services with a blouse over it to make the dress look like a skirt. I always get compliments on it! Looks EUC, no visible flaws.
