Cute cocktail dress from Milly of New York - circa 1990’s- Y2K. I love the ruffle at the bottom! This is basically a sexy little black dress. It has two layers, the first layer acts as a black satin lining. The second layer is a semi-sheer daisy pattern overlay. Size 6. Excellent condition overall. I saw where a small repair was made to one of the spaghetti straps, but you have to go over it with a fine-tooth comb to notice it. See pictures for details on measurements. Armpit to armpit - 17 inches but it is hard to measure a dress that really has no armpits. It’s kind of like a halter top. There are darts at the bust too. My dress form has a 34-inch bust and this was a little big on her. I’m gonna guess it would fit 35 or 36” bust the best.
